Cookies Policy

This policy explains what we store on your device, why, and how to control it. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy. As with that document, it covers the marketing site only - not the Agent Gate platform.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device so it can recognise your browser between page loads. This policy also covers equivalent technologies: localStorage, sessionStorage, and tracking scripts, which serve comparable purposes.
Cookies are first-party (set by our domain) or third-party (set by a service we embed), and either session (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent (kept for a defined period).
2. Your choices come first
A consent banner appears on your first visit. Before you choose, we set only strictly necessary cookies. Google Analytics and Hotjar do not load at all unless you accept analytics cookies. Rejecting takes one click, exactly as easy as accepting, and closing or ignoring the banner counts as rejection.
You can change your decision at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

The connector request form is a three-step flow, but your progress through it is held in the page's memory rather than in a cookie or browser storage. Nothing about your partially completed request is stored on your device, and navigating away discards it.
3.2 Analytics - set only after you consent
Google Analytics 4 - measures how many people visit and which pages are useful.

GA4 does not store your IP address - it is used momentarily to estimate country and region, then discarded. We have not enabled Google Signals and we do not run Google Ads, so no advertising or cross-device cookies are set.

Hotjar revises its cookie list from time to time. We review this table when we update our Hotjar configuration.
3.3 Advertising
We use none. If that changes we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting any advertising cookie.
4. Session recording - what is and isn't captured
Session recording goes further than counting page views, so here is precisely what happens.
Captured: mouse movement, clicks, taps, scroll depth, page navigation, viewport size, browser and operating system, approximate location, and the general layout of the pages you viewed.
Not captured: anything you type. The /demo and /request-connector pages are excluded from recording altogether, so no recording exists of you completing either form. Elsewhere on the Site, keystroke suppression masks input in your browser before transmission.
Not linked to you. Recordings carry a random identifier, never an identity, and we do not connect them to form submissions.
To opt out of Hotjar across every site that uses it, visit Hotjar's opt-out page or enable Do Not Track in your browser - Hotjar honours that signal.
5. Other ways to control cookies
In your browser. You can block or delete cookies through browser settings. Blocking everything may break functionality on many websites, though you will still be able to read this one.

- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Google Analytics opt-out. Google publishes a browser add-on that disables GA measurement across all websites, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. We honour both. If your browser sends a GPC or DNT signal, we treat it as a rejection of analytics cookies and neither Google Analytics nor Hotjar will load, whatever the banner shows.
6. Changes
We will revise this page whenever we add, remove or reconfigure a cookie, and update the "Last updated" date. Introducing a new category - advertising, for instance - will trigger a fresh consent request rather than a silent update.
